Privacy Policy

This is a personal site where I write about the systems I build. It runs analytics and ad pixels, and it takes email addresses through a handful of forms. This page says plainly what that means so you can decide what you are comfortable with.

What gets collected

Things you type in

Newsletter signups, contact forms, waitlist forms, and the workflow-scoring tools take an email address and whatever you write in the fields. That is stored so I can reply to you and send what you asked for.

Analytics and advertising pixels

This site loads Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel. They record pages viewed, rough location, device and browser, and the site that referred you. They set cookies and can link that activity to accounts you already hold with those companies.

Standard server logs

The hosting provider records IP address, user agent, and request time for every request, which is how uptime and abuse are handled.

What it is used for

Replying to you, sending the newsletter or resource you asked for, understanding which pages are worth writing more of, and measuring whether ads for my products actually work. I do not sell your data, and I do not send you email you did not ask for.

Who processes it

These vendors handle data on my behalf, each under their own privacy policy:

Your choices

  • Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
  • Browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker, or a Global Privacy Control signal will stop most of the pixels above from loading.
  • You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Email connor@kaicalls.com and I will handle it within 30 days.

Retention, children, and changes

Form submissions are kept until you ask me to remove them or they stop being useful. Analytics data expires on each provider's own schedule. This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
