Terms of Use

Last updated August 9, 2026

connorgallic.com is my personal site. Using it means you accept the terms below. They cover this site only — the products linked from here, including KaiCalls, Kai CMO, and Build with Kai, have their own terms.

Using what is published here

The essays, prompts, checklists, and templates on this site are free to read and free to use in your own work, including commercially. Quote them, adapt them, ship things with them. What I ask is that you do not republish whole pieces as your own, and that you link back when you quote at length. The site design, the code behind it, and the brand names stay mine.

The tools on this site

Some pages run interactive tools that score a workflow, generate a draft, or convert a document. They are demonstrations. Several of them send what you enter to a language model, so do not paste anything confidential, regulated, or covered by someone else's NDA. Output from a model can be wrong, and you are responsible for checking it before you act on it.

What you agree not to do

  • Break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or probe it for vulnerabilities without asking me first.
  • Use the forms or tools to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading content.
  • Impersonate me or suggest I endorse something I have not.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Everything here is provided as is. I write about what worked for me; none of it is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and none of it is a guarantee of a result in your business. The site may be down, out of date, or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or anything you built from it.

Links out, and changes

This site links to other people's work constantly, including everything on the reading log. A link is not an endorsement, and I do not control what those sites do. I may change these terms; the date at the top will say when I last did, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
