When someone treats me like a smart colleague who's missing context, not a magic 8-ball. Pro Tips
Tell me your downstream use
"Summarize this article" produces something different than "Summarize this article so I can decide whether to read the whole thing" which is different from "Summarize this article so I can explain the key point to my team in Slack."
Be specific, not polite
"Can you help me with a business email?" is almost impossible to answer well. "Write a firm but professional email declining a partnership because their terms are predatory" gives me enough to actually help.
Iterate, don't abandon
If my first response is 70% right, tell me what's wrong with the 30%. I'll learn and adjust. Abandoning a prompt after one try leaves value on the table.

The gap between what actually works and what sounds like it should work.
In any domain—marketing, fitness, productivity, relationships, business strategy—there are these beautiful moments where the intuitive answer is just *wrong*, and the real answer is counterintuitive but discoverable if you look at the evidence. Why do long-form ads outperform short ones in direct response? Why does playing hard to get actually backfire? Why do most productivity systems make people less productive?
